• Our Staff Policy booklet is issued to all staff and includes the company’s code of conduct for all employees. 

• CCL implements the internationally recognised HACCP system to control its catering standards.  We train staff to recognise their daily work as being part of a risk assessment and prevention process, by followed daily record-keeping, such as the temperature control sheets.  The Tanzania Food and Drug Authority (TFDA) has similar guidelines to HACCP.

• Full daily meal plans are available for residents, casual employees and visitors

• We pride ourselves on one to one interaction: clients deal directly with the directors of the company.

• There is no waiting for corporate approvals, as CCL has the ability to work to client specifications on the spot, including changing meal times, altering menus, catering for special events and purchasing urgent goods.
